Sleeping on a buckwheat hull pillow

What are buckwheat hull pillows?

Buckwheat hulls are the outer shell of a buckwheat seed and are left over after buckwheat seeds are processed. They provide superior support of the head, neck and shoulders for restorative sleep. The buckwheat hulls in our pillows can be adjusted and arranged to precisely suit your body's contours.

Buckwheat hull structure allows air to flow throughout the pillow. Therefore, buckwheat pillows do not retain stifling heat and moisture while sleeping

How to use a buckwheat pillow

Lay your pillow down where you plan to sleep.

Place your head on the pillow and your shoulders on the mattress.

Move the buckwheat hulls in the pillow to conform to the curvature of your neck. Your head and neck should be in a relaxed position, neither tilted forwards nor angled back.

These directions apply to side sleepers as well.

Made in the USA

Made in the USA

Our pillows are filled with buckwheat hulls that are grown in the USA by a cooperative of farmers. They are thoroughly air cleaned to remove all dust. This process is chemical free.

We make our pillows from US grown, organic cotton twill. Twill is a tightly woven, sturdy fabric that will last for years of use. A discrete YKK invisible zipper allows the addition or removal of buckwheat hulls.
